Myanmar Learning Center-Milwaukee

The Myanmar Learning Center (MLC) was founded in the summer of 2012, under the leadership of Oliver Byar Bowh Si, to address the needs of refugees from Myanmar who have settled in the Milwaukee area. Its mission is to develop educational and professional potential in youth and adults, through tutoring and other support services, in a learning environment that welcomes, encourages, and challenges. The Myanmar Learning Center is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) public charity, incorporated as a nonprofit organization in the State of Wisconsin.

A Community based learning center for Myanmar refugees in Milwaukee. Myanmar Learning Center offers after-school tutoring programs, adult ESL programs and other life skills for Burmese refugees to live and survive in the USA.
